The project is divided into three phases of construction. Among them, the total investment for the first phase is 2.9 billion yuan, with a production capacity of 5GWh and an annual output value of 3 billion yuan after reaching the production capacity; The total investment in the second phase is 2.6 billion yuan, with a production capacity of 5GWh, and an annual output value of 2.75 billion yuan after reaching the production capacity.
